About Us

We are glad you are visiting our site. This is the on-line face of the organisation, where you can learn about our work and  activities, share ideas, and find out what we are up to.

Our Work

This is an initiative started by concerned youth of the Slovoville community west of Johannesburg, aimed at addressing the problems it faces to improve the quality of life of its residents. Each stage of the project’s implementation will restore dignity, foster a real sense of safety and enable all to share in the pride of our community.

Latest Achievements

The photos on the right show the progress made (by Fikile, Paulina and Joseph)at one of the public areas adjacent to some houses that was overrun with wild vegetation. Because of this, people easily dumped all sort of rubbish there. A staggering 46 baby nappies were removed!! Some of the interesting rubbish we found was: beer bottles, chip packets, broken electronic appliances, brooms, plastic bags, a fish tank, used condoms, curb slabs and kitchen tiles!

A total of 53 refuse bags were filled, provided in part by the local councillor.

Do Your Part
